Winemaker Sylvère Trichard of Séléné is making beautiful wines in the small hamlet of Blace, a village in Beaujolais close to Brouilly. After interning with Domaine Belluard and working at Domaine Lapalu, Sylvère Trichard began his small winery with family and friend Elodie Bouvard in 2012. They organically farm 4 hectares of grapes and vegetables. ‘Cuvée De Printemps’ is a true crowd-pleaser and will make you want to throw a house party — lighthearted, juicy yet structured.
