Envínate

Canary Islands, Spain

Envínate, or 'Wine Yourself,' is the winemaking collaboration founded by four friends: Roberto Santana, Alfonso Torrente, Laura Ramos, and José Martinez. Envínate was established in 2005 at the University of Miquel Hernandez in Alicante, where the group studied enology. Dedicated to exploring the unique terroirs of Spain and its Atlantic coastline, Envínate produces medium-bodied red wines that drink like watching 'Fire of Love' on repeat—romantic, full of volcanic earthiness, yet hitting the right balance between purity and wildness.
