You'll notice a lot of cider available in the shop; that's because we love a fizzy, low-ABV dry cider that is refreshing. After you're done, you can still tackle our Sunday chores. The ciders from Swiss legend Jacques Perritaz are special. A former biologist, he forages fruit from over 150 trees, all regional varieties from old, high-branched trees with exceptionally small yields, harvested only every other year. The result is vibrant and complex ciders that drink like the moment in winter when the afternoon sun illuminates your face. The ciders of Perritaz are mood enhancers.
