Spumoni is a project from two friends: Anthony Siccardi and Travis De Jong. Anthony and Travis’s first vintage was in 2020 when they purchased Pinot Gris grapes from the historic Vitae Spring vineyard in the Willamette Valley. The project has seen continued growth since, working with multi-generational growers in Washington and Oregon. ‘Baby Angel’ is 100% Pinot Gris and is the perfect white wine — high-acid, notes of ripe melon, hay, and sea shells. Winemakers Anthony Siccardi and Travis De Jong make wines born out of the excitement of their shared love for food and wine, holistic farming practices, and friendship. We can’t get enough of the magic they create together!
